Dear Mr. Lynn,
This letter is to approve, as a Letter of Revision, the installation of a 8'X10' building to house a
pH adjustment system to the above referenced site plan and as is shown on the attached site plan
and corresponding map. This is the 1st Letter of Revision for this site. A total of three (3)
Letters of Revision are allowed before all changes to the plan are required to be submitted in the
form of a site plan amendment.

Re: Camp Holiday Trails Letter of Revision
Dear Mr. MacCall:
Camp Holiday Trails (CHT) is a camp for children with special needs, located
west of Charlottesville, Virginia near the Ragged Mountain Reservoir. In 2008, the
Albemarle County Service Authority (ACSA) extended a new water service to the camp
to replace an aging water main. Shortly after the water service extension was
completed, the ACSA began receiving complaints regarding the water quality from CHT.
Water quality measurements on occasion showed a pH of 10 at the point of use.
The ACSA has been working with CHT and is proposing to construct an 8' x 10'
building to house a pH adjustment system. The proposed building location is shown on
the attached map and is approximately 12 feet from an existing shed. The building will
be constructed on a concrete slab, T-111 siding (color to be determined by CHT), and
asphalt shingles. The expected value of this structure is $4,000.00.
