variance from the minimum setback requirements
has been scheduled before the Albemarle County Board of
Zoning Appeals on March 11 , 1969 at 5 : 00 P .M .
The public hearing will be conducted in the Albemarle
County Board of Supervisors meeting room , 2nd floor , County
Office Butldtng , Charlottesville , Virginia . It is desirable
that you appear in person at the public hearing
The Board must be furnished with evidence that you
ha "e not , f ed , at least 5 days before the hearing , at least
5 persons an the vicinity , at least 2 of which are adjoining
property owners , of the date and time of the hearing .

I am planning on erecting an office building and warehouse
on Lot No. 13 in Berkmar, Albemarle County. Manson & Utley,
Inc. will be the tenants.
The Zoning Regulations now call for a 50 foot minimum set-
back from the edge of the right-of-way. All existing buildings
are approximately 35 feet back. I have applied for a variance
so that we may also build at 35 feet or even with the present
buildings.
There will be a public hearing in the Board of Supervisors
meeting room, 2nd floor, County Office Building at 5:00 PM
on March 11, 1969.
I have been directed to notify you of this meeting and to
bring evidence of such notification. Would you please,
therefore, acknowledge by signing a copy of this letter.
