The petitioners request that the Zoning Administrator grant:
a variance of 17 feet from the side yard requirement
of 25 feet in an A-1 Agricultrue zone
The applicants make this request because:
The subject lot is non-conforming to present subdivision
requirements, having been platted and recorded prior to
enactment of current zoning ordinance. Petitioners desire
to build on the lot a single family dwelling 34 feet wide and
strict application of the 25 foot side yard requirement would
prohibit the building of the house on the lot.
