Dear Mr. Cotten
This is to inform you that your application for VA-72-02
to allow a variance of 10 feet from the required side yard of
30 feet for a corner lot in an R-1 zone .
has been scheduled before the Albemarle County Board of Zoning
Appeals on February 8 , 1972 at 5 : 30 P . M.
The Public Hearing will be conducted in the Albemarle County
Board of Supervisors meeting room , 3rd floor , County Office Build-
ing , Charlottesville , Virginia . It is desirable that you appear
in person at the public hearing .
The Board must be furnished with evidence that you have
notified , at least five ( 5) days before the hearing , all the
adjoining and abutting property owners of the date and time of
the hearing .
