space is approved by them if you need.

I forwarded the permit along for review by others, yes. Regarding submission of the Zoning Clearance, it is better to submit this at our office in person so that our Intake staff can properly
process it. Yes, $54 is the fee.
I forgot to mention that a floor plan should be included indicating square footage of the retail sales area. As for the previous business, best to check with the owner as I am not sure
