In that connection, Alberene requests that it be granted a special exception request for a proposed subdivision known as Quality Row, Stump Town and Goldmine. I enclose accurate proposed plans of the subdivision. Although these lots have not been platted by a certified surveyor, the drawing are accurate. We previously sent you a $20.00 fee to cover the cost of advertising. I also enclose at this time a copy of the letter being sent by certified mail to the ad- joining property owners. M. in the Board of Supervisors Meeting Room. Please submit the proper applications to this office along with a $20 fee to cover the cost of advertisements in the Daily Progress .
