Zoning Appeals on November 9 , 1971 . at5 : 30 P . M.
The Public hearing will be conducted in the Albemarle
County Board of Supervisors meeting room , 2nd floor , County
Office Building , Charlottesville , Virginia . It is desirable
that you appear in person at the public hearing .
The Board must be furnished with evidence that you
have notified , at least 5 days before the hearing , at
least 5 persons in the vicinity , at least 2 of which are
adjoining property owners , of the date and time of the
hearing .

Dear Mr. Gaskin:
We are presently constructing a new building at the southeast corner of
Woodbrook Drive and Route 29 North. We have requested the County of
Albemarle to grant us a variance for an increased sign height twenty feet
above their standard and permission to locate this sign at the corner of
Woodbrook Drive and Route 29 North.
Should you desire to be heard regarding this matter, our request will be
taken up at the meeting of the Board of Zoning Appeals on November 9th at
5:30 p.m. in the board room of the County Office Building.
