All previously -identified review comments and other items have been satisfactorily addressed. Therefore, administrative approval is hereby granted for SUB201900012. Please submit notarized signature copies to the Community Development Department at your convenience, to be signed by the Agent. This review was completed using the sections listed under Section 14-208.3 of the Subdivision Ordinance. References to Chapter 14 (Subdivision Ordinance) and/or Chapter 18 (Zoning Ordinance) of the County Code precede each comment, as may be applicable. The County Code is kept up-to-date by the County Attorney's office and may be found at www.albemarle.org/coiMcode. , code. Community Development Department — Planning: No Objection Requirements: 1. [Chapter 14, Sections 14-303(T) and 14-2061: The special lot annotation "Hereby dedicated to public street purposes" does not meet Code requirements. Please revise this annotation to read "Hereby dedicated to the County for public use." Please also add the following required note: "The 0.025 acre special lot is established solely for the purpose of dedication to the County of Albemarle for public street use and improvement." Update 4/1/2019: Addressed. VDOT: No Objection (3/13/2019) Please see the attached VDOT recommendation for approval of SUB201900012 (dated 3/13/2019). Please note that, in accord with the provisions of Section 14-229(B) of Chapter 14 of the County Code, if the subdivider fails to submit a revised plat to address all of the requirements within six (6) months after the date of this letter, then the application shall be deemed voluntarily withdrawn.
