If the two directional signs and two drive-thru signs are visible from the Entrance Corridor,then they too, like the three wall signs,will need to be reviewed by ARB staff; if they are not visible (which ARB staff will determine after conducting a site visit),then ARB staff will not review them. However,you should put all of the information into one application packet and submit it to the Intake staff,who will then assign the permit application a building permit number as well as an ARB file number,create packets, and then give the packets to ARB staff and to Zoning staff to simultaneously review. Intake staff can also help you figure out what fees are due; right now, it's$129 for ARB review, $48.96 for the electrical permit,and $91.64 for the wall signs. Intake staff will let you know if additional fees are necessary for the directional and drive-thru signs.
