1. Remove luminaire from packaging, ta
king n care to protect lens and luminaire finish. Check packing slip to make

2. Luminaire may have been shipped with wall mount bracket, If so, proceed to Step 3 below, If luminaire shipped
with pole mount bracket, proceed to Pole Preparation secion on next page. See below to identify brackets.

4, Place tN(* gasket into pole mount bracket recess (between mount flanges),
5. Position pole mount bracket so gasket faces luminaire back. Make sure bracket is properly oriented as shown
above! Pull wire leads thru center hole of bracket. Center mount holes over luminaire holes.
6. Secure pole mount bracket to luminaire using supplied (4) screws.

GENERAL CONSTRUCTION NOTES FOR EROSION AND SEDIMENT CONTROL PLANS:
1. THE PLAN APPROVING AUTHORITY MUST BE NOTIFIED ONE. WEEK PRIOR—i O THE PRE —CONSTRUCTION
CONFERENCE, ONE WEEK PRIOR TO THE COMMENCEMENT OF LAND DISTURBING ACTIVITY, AND ONE
WEEK PRIOR TO THE FINAL INSPECTION.
2. ALL EROSION AND SEDIMENT CONTROL MEASURES WILL BE CONSTRUCTED AND MAINTAINED
ACCORDING TO MINIMUM STANDARDS AND SPECIFICATIONS OF THE VIRGINIA EROSION AND SEDIMENT1
CONTROL HANDBOOK AND VIRGINIA REGULATIONS VR 625--02--00 EROSION AND SEDIMENT CONTROL
REGULATIONS.
3. ALL EROSION AND SEDIMENT CONTROL MEASURES ARE TO BE PLACED PRIOR TO OR AS THE FIRST
STEP IN CLEARING.
