[14-302 (A)(9)] Please add a note to Sheet 1 stating that "Parcels [insert TMP letters and numbers] each contain a building site that complies with section 4.2.1 of the Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance." Rev. 1: Comment addressed. 2. [14-302 (A)(11)] Please add notes to Sheet 1 stating the instruments that created the properties that are part of this subdivision. This includes all recorded plats and deeds of any easements for both properties. Rev. 1: Comment addressed. 3. 114-302 (B)(5)] Please amend Note 5 on Sheet 1 as follows: a. State the primary zoning district for each parcel. Both properties are zoned C1 Commercial_ Rev. 1: Comment addressed. b. State all overlay zoning districts that apply to each property. Both properties are within the EC Entrance Corridor Overlay District. A portion of TMP 58A2-21 is within the FH Flood Hazard Overlay District. Rev. 1: Comment addressed. c. Remove reference to the Scenic Byways Overlay District. This is not an official zoning overlay district subject to any regulations of the Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance. Rev. 1: Comment addressed. 4. 114-302 (B)(9)] Add a note to Sheet 1 stating that a portion of TMP 58A2-21 is within the Flood Hazard Overlay District, as set forth in section 18-30.3. Rev. 1: Comment addressed. a. Call out the boundary of the FH Overlay District on Sheet 2. Rev. 1: Comment addressed. 5. [14-302 (B)(1)] Please add a date of last revision to each drawing. Rev. 1: Comment stands, see below. 6. [14-302 (B)(10)] Per Note 7 on Sheet 1, please call out and label the location of any WPO stream buffers that are within the boundaries of the proposed division. A portion of TMP 58A2-21 is within the WPO stream buffers. State the source used to identify the stream buffer locations in Note 7 on Sheet 1. Rev. 1: Comment not fully addressed. The stream buffer limits are not shown or labeled on Sheet 2. Please add this information and state the source used to identify the stream buffer locations in Note 7 on Sheet 1. 7. [14-303 (H)] Please identify the reference monuments that are labeled on Sheet 2 in the legend on Sheet 2. For example, does "IRF" = iron found? Monuments found or installed prior to plat recordation may be referred to if they are permanent and undisturbed. If any monument required by this chapter will be installed after recordation of the final plat, the certification of the professional engineer or land surveyor shall so note.
