Our justification for this request is that the applicant has removed the building from the Special Flood Hazard Area by way of the approval of a LOMR-F from FEMA (Case# 18-03-2098A). A copy of the LOMR- F, and an exhibit showing the surveyed location of the 100-year FEMA flood elevation of 435.3 is attached for reference.
