It would require the submittal of an ARB application,fee, and 8 sets of submittal materials. The submittal would need to include information on the current condition of the sign—information on all existing/approved tenant panels. Any change would need to conform to the Entrance Corridor sign guidelines.The application should show how that would be accomplished. Note that staff is unlikely to recommend approval of the 2 proposal to the ARB if all guidelines are not met. If a change were to be approved by the ARB,the new criteria would then apply to all future tenant panels on that structure.ARB information,forms and guidelines can be found here. We will consider all the existing tenant panels in that determination. Starbuck's standard tenant panel design would not meet the criteria for the Al sign.
