Comments reflect information available at the time the development proposal was reviewed, and
should not be considered final. However, the Site Review Committee (SRC) has attempted to identify all
issues that will be required to be resolved prior to final approval. The lead reviewer will either approve
or deny the plan within 15 days of the site review meeting (by day 60 of the review), unless the
applicant requests an extension of the time for action under Section 5.1.40(E)(3)(e) to allow for any
required revisions prior to approval.

The County of Albemarle Planning Division will recommend approval of the plan referenced above once the
following comments have been satisfactorily addressed (The following comments are those that have been
identified at this time. Additional comments or conditions may be added or eliminated based on further

otherwise specified.]
Albemarle County Division of Planning Services (Planner) - Brent W. Nelson
[5.1.40 (A)(4)(F)] Trees. Revise the Easement Exhibit sheets to show the location, caliper and species of
all trees within the access easement and indicate those that will be removed; update the Tree
Inventory table on Sheet EE-3 accordingly.
2. Miscellaneous/errors:
a. Revise Sheet Z-1 Site Plan to show the correct tax map/parcel number, owner and departing
lot lines for all abutting parcels as noted on the Albemarle County GIS Web Map.
b. Revise Sheet C-6 Area Topo Map to show the proposed monopole in the correct (current)
location.
[5.1.40 (B)(3)] Prior to issuance of the building permit, the applicant shall submit a tree conservation
plan for review/approval, prepared by a certified arborist, showing tree protection methods and
procedures for existing trees to remain.
4. [17-301 & 17-303] Prior to issuance of the building permit, the applicant shall submit a VSMP permit
for review/approval if the land disturbance area exceeds 10,000 s.f.

Section, has reviewed the above referenced plan as submitted by NB+C Engineering services,
LLC, dated February 14, 2017, revised August 08, 2017 and find it to be generally acceptable.
A VDOT Land Use Permit will be required prior to any work within the right-of-way. The
owner/developer must contact the VDOT Charlottesville Residency Land Use Section at
