Addressed with Rev. 1. Comment 15 persists. 1. Please ref. Code Sec. 14-208.2.C. for easement plat requirements and documents to be submitted. Sec. 14-208.2 Easement plats. The following sections shall apply to each easement plat, when applicable: 14-23 Supp. #31, 7-14 ALBEMARLE COUNTY CODE A. General: Sections 14-100 through 14-108. B. Administration and procedure: Sections 14-200 through 14-204, 14-209, 14-231 and 14- 231.1, C. Plat requirements and documents to be submitted: Sections 14-300, 14-301, 14- 302(A)(1), (2), (3), (4), (5), (6), (11), (14) and (15), 14-302(B)(1), (2), (4), (5), (6), (7), (9) and (10), 14- 303(A), (B), (C), (D), (E), (F), (H), (I), (L), (0) and (P), 14-312 and 14-314. D. On -site improvements and design: Sections 14-433 and 14-438, 14-302(A)(2): Provide vicinity map at a scale of one (1) inch equal to two thousand (2,000) feet showing the property and its relationship with adjoining land and streets, and its relationship with landmarks in the area. Provide a SWM Facility Access easement (with current plat) between the proposed 7,675 sq. ft. SWM Facility & Drainage Easement and People Place. Ref. ACDSM, pg. 12, BMP for SWM, imagebele$d. [image deleted with Rev. 1 comments] 5. Provide bearing -distance for shared PSI, (ACSA - Crown Motorcar Company). 6. Provide signore blocks for Owner (ACSA) and County Approval (Authorized Agent). Defer to Planning Division on form and format of signature blocks. 7. 14-302(B)(5): Provide zoning classification (text note). 8. 14-302(B)(7): Identify reservoir watershed; agricultural -forestal district (text notes); state TMP #07800-00- 00-015C0 is not located in a reservoir watershed, or agricultural -forestal district, if this is the case. 9. 14-302(B)(9): Provide floodplain and related information (text notes). 10. 14-303(D): Label acreage of 7,675 sq. ft. easement, on plat (0.176 Ac.). 11. 14-302(H): Label permanent monuments. 12. 14-302(I): Provide a definite bearing and distance tie to not less than two (2) permanent monuments on the exterior boundary of the property, and further tie to existing street intersection where possible and reasonably convenient. 13. 14-302(0): Provide signature panels. 14. 14-302(P): Provide notary panel. 15. Note: Deed of Dedication submitted with plat is not final since date of plat will be revised. Engineering will coordinate with Dewberry (or ACSA) on final deed, once plat comments are addressed, and date of plat is final. (Rev. 1) Comment persists. WP0201800068 is under review. Until WPO plan is approved and SWMBMP Facilities Maintenance Agreement is recorded, the Deed cannot be formatted since deed includes bk.-pg. reference to recorded Maintenance Agreement and lists date of last plat revision.
