[General Comment] Is there going to be a revised deed provided for the new proposed easements? If so, please provide a copy of the proposed deed to the Planning Division. 2. [14-302(B)5.] Please revise note #4 on the cover sheet as it appears that this property is also subject to ZMA2009-00001, an amendment to proffers and the application plan. 3. [14-302(B)10.] A Water Protection Ordinance buffer along Moores Creek extends onto these subject properties. Please show this WPO buffer on the plat and include the following note on the cover sheet of the plat: "The stream buffer(s) shown hereon shall be managed in accordance with the Albemarle County Water Protection Ordinance." A VDOT Land Use Permit will be required prior to any work within the right-of-way. The owner/developer must contact the Charlottesville Residency Transportation and Land Use Section at (434) 422-9399 for information pertaining to this process.
