Subject: SUB201800195 5th Street Station — Easement Plat; 2nd Review
The County of Albemarle Planning Division will grant or recommend approval of the plat referenced
above once the following comments have been addressed: [Each comment is preceded by the applicable
reference, which is to the Subdivision/Zoning Ordinances unless otherwise specified.]
[General Comment] Is there going to be a revised deed provided for the new proposed
easements? If so, please provide a copy of the proposed deed to the Planning Division. Please
see the attached template deed for the proposed drainage easement to be dedicated to
public use that is shown on this plat. This deed will need to be approved along with the
easement plat.
2. [14-302(B)5.] Please revise note #4 on the cover sheet as it appears that this property is also
subject to ZMA2009-00001, an amendment to proffers and the application plan. Comment
addressed.
3. [14-302(B)10.] A Water Protection Ordinance buffer along Moores Creek extends onto these
subject properties. Please show this WPO buffer on the plat and include the following note on
the cover sheet of the plat: "The stream buffer(s) shown hereon shall be managed in accordance
with the Albemarle County Water Protection Ordinance." Comment addressed.
