The Special Use permit was approved by the Board's adoption of the attached resolution and condition. Please be advised that although the Albemarle County Board of Supervisors took action on the project noted above,no uses on the property as approved above may lawfully begin until all applicable approvals have been received and conditions have been met. This includes: • compliance with conditions of the SPECIAL USE PERMIT; • • approval of and compliance with a SITE PLAN or a SITE PLAN AMENDMENT; and • approval of a ZONING COMPLIANCE CLEARANCE. DISCUSSION: This request is an amendment to a previously -approved special use permit (SP201600018) to expand the body shop use on a neighboring parcel. The body shop will utilize a portion of an existing building that would be renovated to accommodate the new use. The request is consistent with the Comprehensive Plan. RECOMMENDATIONS: Staff recommends that the Board adopt the attached resolution to approve SP201800005 with one condition.
