SP Review Process Flowchart. Please contact Ron Higgins to schedule the "mandatory pre-app meeting" when you're ready. 2. SP Submittal and Review Schedule. We discussed applying under the 10/30 deadline. 3. SP Application. Page 2 of the application has a link to "Attachment A in the Land Use Law Handbook" which explains who will need to sign your special use permit application. 4. The location along Berkmar or Avon Street will require a waiver(we call them "special exceptions")from Section 5.1.11. Please address these supplemental regulations in your application narrative.
