Jessup, owner of the property we are leasing in Charlottesville. This communication indicates Salem Carpet Mills has applied for a variance from the 30' behind the property line to one foot for the purpose of their locating a pylon sign. When our company applied for its permit, we were asked to comply with the set back and did so comply. It is our desire they, to, be required to comply with the 30' set back.
