Dear Sir :
Mr. John J. Arbough meet with me and discussed the
proposed variance request for the construction of a
house on his lot adjacent to my property.
I understand that the issuing of the variance would
allow Mr. Arbaugh to locate the rear of his house closer
than 30 feet to my property line .
I have no objection to the issuing of a variance
for the rear yard setback as long as this does not affect
the use of my property as it is presently zoned.
