I believe it should stay as"Brown Toyota" for record keeping purposes. The application has been processed as"Brown Toyota" since it was received,so I think it would add confusion to change it now. However, I know some people feel like it's confusing to not change it because it's technically no longer"Brown Toyota." There may also be a legal preference for resolution language, etc. I'm sorry that1 can't easily answer your question... I would like to see if David/Elaine/Andrew have any ideas and if John Blair objects. Thanks, J.T. I wanted to add briefly to Cameron's note below to clarify that the metes and bounds are not only useful to our GIS team, but are considered a requirement by the County Attorney's office (for legal advertisement) and the Zoning Division (for long-term administration and enforcement of the revised zoning district). Like Cameron, I'm also available to meet and go over these comments with you. Thanks, J.T. For comment#4,we would like to have the actual metes & bounds shown around the slopes area. This will allow us to accurately re-draw our GIS layer once the rezoning gets approved. I figured that since the note on the plan stated that the slopes were field surveyed, it would be relatively easy to just include the metes& bounds on the plan. But please let me know if that will pose an issue. For comment#6,the label call-outs used on the drawing are fine, but I was referring to the wording of the zoning classifications within the Site Data table on the right hand side of the page on Sheet C-1.0. Under each TMP number, it just stated "Steep Slopes Overlay." Technically, Managed Steep Slopes and Preserved Steep Slopes are two distinct zones within the overall Steep Slopes Overlay District. So, please amend the wording so it states either"Steep Slopes Overlay—Managed" or"Steep Slopes Overlay—Preserved" under each individual TMP number. Also, I think we should meet in person to discuss comment#6 a little further. Since the minor site plan amendment won't be approved until after the rezoning is approved, Sheet C1.0 of the minor amendment should only show the areas of managed and preserved steep slopes that will exist after the rezoning. It shouldn't show both the before and after 1 conditions. Do you have any time available on Monday morning, say around 10 or 10:30 AM to come in for a quick 30 minute discussion? Let me know, thanks! Personally, I think the areas are more relevant the incremental dimensions, unless a plat is required. For Comment 6, I'm showing the and labeling the steep slopes as they will exist after the re-zoning on Sheet C-1.1. I'm using Sheet C-1.0 to overlay the before and after conditions. I'll be happy to have a quick meeting with you on this, just to make sure I get it right.
