Please add a note to the plat on sheet 2 that states: `All mobile homes depicted are existing. " 2. Please ensure the plat does not utilize color, as depicted in the legend. I don't need to seethe plat again before you get it signed, just ensure the signature copy meets the above. Thanks Engineering - John Anderson Thanks for your patience; CV comment (1follow-up remains): "5. Please provide inset for EC7-E 1 area of plat. EC7 length=0.60'. Relative location at 1" =40' scale is slightly ambiguous. (Rev. 1) Partially addressed. As follow-up: hiset scale 1" = 10' is slightly inaccurate, as is length of EC7. If EC7 length =0.60' it should appear longer in inset detail. Revise inset for accuracy. [1123119 prior Engineering review comments addressed, except initial comment #5; please see above.] Once plat review comments are addressed, once a SWM Agreement for the underground detention system is recorded (ref. WP0201800049), Engineering will format a Deed of Dedication (template document) to accompany this plat. Engineering will use information from the final revised plat (date of last revision is critical) and recorded SWM Agreement, and will then send this Deed to the Applicant for notarized signature. Then, Applicant needs to return deed and plat to CDD, to either Christopher Perez or me Q. Anderson). We will route to Attorney and County Executive for signature, and notify Applicant when it is ready for pickup at CDD front desk, for recordation." VDOT — Adam Moore Review pending, will be forwarded once received. Most likely they will approve it because you provided the requested note. Pending a review/approval by them. ACSA —Richard Nelson No objection. Staff has provided references to provisions of Chapter 14 of the Code of the County of Albemarle. The Code is kept up to date by the County Attorney's office. The Code may found on the County Attorney's website which may be found under "Departments and Services" at Albemarle.org. In accord with the provisions of Section 14-229(B) of Chapter 14 of the Code if the developer fails to submit a revised final plat to address all of the requirements within six (6) months after the date of this letter the application shall be deemed to have been voluntarily withdrawn by the developer.
