supervisors meeting room on the second floor of the County office
building,Charlottesville, Virginia.
The property concerned is described as county tax map 60 F parcel I
located on Hydralic road at the entrance to George Town Green
Charlottesville magisterial-district.
We are asking for a variance of ten feet from the minimum rear yard
requirement of fifty feet and a seven feet variance from the minimum
front set back requirement of thirty feet in a B I business zone. '
The front variance is from the right of way of the future proposed
widening of Hydralic road and not from the existing right of way. The
rear yard variance is from the existing rear property line.
