ALBEMARLE COUNTY BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS
January 14, 1975
The Albemarle County Board of Zoning Appeals will conduct a
public hearing on January 14, 1975, commencing at 5: 30 p.m. ,
in the Board of Supervisors Meeting Room, County Office
Building, Court Square, Charlottesville, Virginia to consider
the following matters:
1. VA-74-33. Exxon Company, U. S.A. Applicant requests
the Board of Zoning Appeals of Albemarle County to grant
a variance of thirty (30) feet from the required thirty
(30) foot setback requirement for an identification sign
in a B-1 Business Zone. Property is located on the east
side of Route 631 (Rio Road) approximately a mile south
of Northfields Subdivision, directly across from Green-
brier Drive. Property is further descirbed as County
Tax Map 61, Parcel 146B and C, Charlottesville Magisterial
District.
2 . VA-74-45. James E. Beck. Applicant requests the Board
of Zoning Appeals of Albemarle County to grant a variance
of 24 feet from the required 35 foot rearyard setback in an R-1
Residential Zone. Property is located off of Route 29
North in Airport Acres on the west side of Woodland
Road. It is further decribed as County Tax Map 32A,
Section 1, Block B, Lot 8B, Rivanna Magisterial District.
