In re: Driveway with Wiley
Dear Mrs. Gentry:
By deed of record in Deed Book 273 , page 135, Mr. and Mrs.
William B. Wiley conveyed your property to Mr. and Mrs.
Francis W. Gray and in doing so reserved to themselves (the
Wileys) the perpetual right to use, in common with the owners
of your property, the 15 -foot wide drive way as shown on plat
recorded in Deed nook 273 . page 1367 which shows the driveway
to lie 7-1/2 feet on the Wiley property and 7-1/2 feet on your
lot. Said driveway extends northward from the state road a
distance of 118.7 feet and your lot was granted the right to
use said driveway together with the exclusive right to use
the garage building and shed so long as said structures shall
remain useful and which buildings stand on the common boundary
line at the northern terminus of said driveway. Said deed
further provided that the concrete cistern situated under the
garage building shall be used to .received and hold excess rain
water from both lots for a period of 20 years. It also pro-
vided that the Wileys reserve to themselves for their use a
barn located on the rear of your lot with the right to remove
the same within a reasonable time.

Dear Mr. Snow:
You are hereby notified to cease and desist any further
fill on your property located on the east side of Route 742 ,
described as County Tax Map 90 , Parcel 35 . Mr. Gordon Yeager,
Soil Conservation Service , visited the site today, October 1 ,
1974 , and reported that the fill material which you have used
are such that it will prohibit any future building , septic
tanks , etc. , in this area, besides - creating an eyesore. It
is requested that all brush and trees be removed from the
site and taken to the nearest County Landfill ; that you push
the existing debris down to achieve a 2 : 1 slope, cover the
slope with topsoil and seed by or before October 15 , 1974 .
Your immediate attention to this matter will prevent
legal action, otherwise the matter will be turned over to the
Commonwealth' s Attorney.
