The petitioner requests that the Zoning Administrator grant:
• A 30 foot variance from the 30 foot setback regulations
under Article 7-3 of the Zoning Ordnance for 2 area lights
and one major I.D. sign. This variance to be in effect until
. the Highway Dept. widens Rio Roar at the subject property.

The applicant makes this request because: •
. The Highway Dept. has acquired an overage of 32 fcPt.sf
de^th at the „roperty but has not widened Rin Rond to ine1ude
this acquired property and they do not plan to do so it the
near future. Thus with the 30' setback the lights and sign would
be more then 62 feet from the existing road.
