Dear Sirs ,
ns adjoining property owners , we were notified
of MCL Corpora.tiron1 s application for a 16 foot
variance from the usual setback requirements . ve
understand this variance is needed for the large
refrigeration unit which has already been added to
the side of the store end that the puolic hearing of
Cctoter ° , 1974 is for the discussion of this matter .
We have lived in Earlysville for about ten years
end until now have had no complaints about the store,
which was a colorful little country store . With the
recent addition of another mercury vapor lamp, the
refrigeration unit with its oare sheet metal side:,
exposed motors and electrical box and the adjoining
but covered with roofing shingles , however, this store
is beginning to look like soirething more appropriate
for an industrial zone . It is not in keeping with
the present character of Eerlysville .
ae feel that itiICL Corporation should take steps
to correct this eyesore and do its share in keeping
this an attractive community .
