The petitioner_requests that e Zoning Administrator grant:
an exception to the number of parking spaces required. The pre-
sent ordnance would require /b spaces for 4573 square feet of
sales area and the proposed new ordnance would require 11 parking
spaces for the new addition.
The applicant makes this request because:
The proposed new ordnance requiring 11 spaces is more than the.
store will require. The present parking is normally only 30%
to 40% utilized and owner does not expect tnis new parking to
be used.
