The structure is required for the VA Gators of Charlottesville to store the "bubble" that covers the pool when it is not in use in the summer months. I have included 4 copies of the site plan SDP2009 70 that you provided with the intended location of the carport/storage structure (15ft x 20ft x 10ft) and the distance from the closet property line, which is to the rear and toward the railroad tracks, indicated. I submitted a photo from the vendor Alan's Factory Outlet, to indicate what the carport will look like when I applied for the building permit along with the required Plat 534. 1 hope that was helpful.
