Subject: SUB201900045 Charles & Amy Veronesi — Boundary Line Adjustment
The County of Albemarle Planning Division will recommend approval of the plat referenced above once the following
comments have been satisfactorily addressed. The following comments are those that have been identified at this time.
Additional comments or conditions may be added or eliminated based on further review. [Each comment is preceded by the
applicable reference to the Albemarle County Code.]
1. [14-302(B)(10)] Stream buffers. Since stream buffer areas are present on the revised lot, please provide the follow note on
the plat: "The stream buffers shown hereon shall be managed in accordance with the Albemarle County Water Protection
Ordinance."
2. [Comment] There appears to be one small clerical error in the labeling of surrounding T.M parcels. Please revise the parcel
currently identified as "T.M. 94A-A-B" to instead use "T.M. 94A-A-8". (Note: This comment will not affect any future
approval of this plat. It instead serves as a courtesy to the County and our efforts to maintain hygienic records.)
In accordance with the provisions of Z.O. 14-229 of the County Code, if the applicant fails to submit a revised plat to address all
of the requirements within six (6) months after the date of this letter, the application shall be deemed to have been voluntarily
withdrawn by the applicant.
