After much thought and careful review of the evidence
presented at the Board of Zoning Appeals meeting of May 21st,
I have reached the following deciiiion. From this date on,
any two-family dwelling to be built in Albemarle County must
be built as a single structure under common roof with a fire
wall separating the two (2) units. The units for which you
have already obtained permits may be completed under the old
plan. .
