The petitioner request that the Zoning Administrator grant:
a variance of 14 ft. on Lot 4A and 29 ft. on Lot 4C to the
required minimum lot width at the building line
The applicant make this request because:
the property- as two existing residences located upon it and
in order to deed one residence the property must be divided
into two parcels containingat least 2 ac. in each. The most
logical dividing line results in less than 150 ft at the building
setback line.
