Court Square Charlottesville, Va. 22901 Dear Mr. Bain, I understand that on January 13th the Board of Zoning Appeals will be considering a zoning interpretation for the Tros Dale Home to determine if it should be considered a single family unit. I urge you to make this interpretation. One of the main objectives of Tros Dale is to create a family unit and provide the stability, guidance and loyalty that stems from such a relationship. I feel that the Home has succeeded ad- mirably in this objective and has developed a unit that is as well-disciplined, productive and orderly as most families that I have encountered. I have observed the group at their home and also on several occasions for their annual picnic at my farm and at other host families. They are a credit to the community.
