(a) VA- 75- 34. Mary G. Wilberger requests a variance
of 9 ft. from the side yard setback in the R- 1 Zone .
Property is located off of Route 649 in Deerwood Sub-
division at the corner of Deerwood Road and Deerwood
Drive further described as Tax Map 32C , Section 1, Block 1 ,
Lot 1, Charlottesville District .
(b) VA- 76- 01 . Ritter Loans requests a variance from
Article 15A-6- 2 (c) of the sign section of the Zoning
Ordinance to allow sign to be above the eave line .
Property is located off of. Route 29 North , in Woodbrook
Shopping Center, further described as Tax Map 45C, Parcel 1-B ,
Charlottesville District.

LOCATION
On the south side of Route 649 in Deerwood Subdivision at
the corner of Deerwood Rd. and Deerwood Drive .
STAFF COMMENT
Health Department problems dictate location of house on
this lot. The land presents a hardship . The Staff re-
commends that the variance be granted.
