(a) VA-75-33 . Skyline Crest Corporation requests a
variance of six ft. (6 ft. ) from height requirement
of six ft. (6 ft. ) in Article 16-80-16 to allow a
subdivision sign in total height of twelve ft. (12 ft. ) .
Property located on the west side of Route 708 at the
intersection of Route 787 , further described as Tax Map
57 , Parcel 85, Samuel Miller District.
(b) VA-75-35. Acme Visible Records requests a variance
of thirty-eight ft. (38 ft. ) from the required fifty ft.
(50 ft. ) setback requirement for a sign in the M-1
Industrial Zone. Property located on the south side of
Route 240 adjoining Morton' s Frozen Foods property,
described as Tax Map 56A (3) , parcels 12A and 13.
(c) VA-75-36. Tros-Dale Home for Boys is appealing
a decision of the Zoning Administrator concerning the
definition of single family unit. Property located on
the south side of Route 625 just west of the intersection
