I have checked your deed in Deed Book 523 , Page 465.
Your plat is recorded 'in Deed Book 402 , Page 579 and
is dated October 1964, revised November 1964 . This would
make this parcel a nonconforming lot under, the Zoning Ordi-
nance and as such, the requirements of Section 10--G of the
Zoning Ordinance would govern.
This section allows you to build on the lot if the
rear, side, and front setbacks can be met.
