Exhibit #2 Application-Applicants requesting a 5 foot
variance from the east side property line for
an accessory building. The property has been
subdivided and existing shed is half on Lot 1
(0. 462 ac. ) and half on Lot 2 (1. 115 ac. )
Exhibit #3 See Plat. Applicant wishes to leave existing

Dear Mr. and Mrs. Shiflett:
The Albemarle County Board of Supervisors at their meeting on
April 9, 1975, approved the waiver of lot size as recommended
by the Planning Commission based on the applicant obtaining
a variance from the Board of Zoning Appeals, or if that is not
granted, relocating the shed. Also they approved the waiver of
25 feet dedication for road purposes.
