JOHN L.HUMPHREY MARY JOY SCALA ASSISTANT DIRECTOR OF PLANNING DIRECTOR OF PLANNING PLANNER April 28, 1975 Jesse and Genevieve Shiflett, Jr. Route 2, Box 351 Crozet, Virginia Dear Mr. and Mrs. Shiflett: The Albemarle County Board of Supervisors at their meeting on April 9, 1975, approved the waiver of lot size as recommended by the Planning Commission based on the applicant obtaining a variance from the Board of Zoning Appeals, or if that is not granted, relocating the shed.
