The petitioner srequest that the Zoning Administrator grant:

in B-1 Zone as required by Section 7-3 of the Albemarle
County Zoning Ordinance.
The applicant make s this request because:
` Due to soil erosion control he needs to erect a wall
which will extend up to 11 feet from the property
line and 37 feet from the centerline of the road
and furthermore it is his intention to place a small
sign at the end of this wall.
