We develop software and integrate software products facilitating business operations and cyber security provisioning of client's digital assets. Our work location, 995 Research Park Blvd. Suite 118, is located in building 3 of the UVA Research Park complex on Route 29S. We have addressed the performance standards of Zoning Ordinance Section 18- 4.14: Noise: Our operation will not create sound or impact noise levels in excess of the values specified in Section 4.14.1. We are located on the first floor, of four, in Building 3, of 4, in an established office complex. We have ample noise proofing within our office space, the building and complex. Our office space has an embankment on one exterior side, hallway/office building foyer space on two sides and a large multi -level parking lot on the remaining side. Our major sources of noise are: 1) conference calls, excited software engineers eating popcorn, and; 2) truck deliveries of merchandise. Vibration: We operate no equipment larger than a laptop and computer server in our office. Glare: Our operation is completely contained within the building. The interior lighting associated with this operation does not produce glare that is visible beyond the lot line. Air Pollution: There will be no emission of smoke, odor or gaseous pollutants. Water Pollution: No liquid wastes will be generated by this operation. Our operation does not represent a hazard to water quality. Radioactivity: Our business does not require handling of radioactive materials. There will be no radioactive emissions. Also, "A-101.pdf" which is what I received when we moved in - Mitre was the previous occupant (that's why their name is on it, but the more recent one has ours with square footage). 2) It is asked for the: • Square Footage of the use:3,354 RSF • Square footage of each room and its use: o 6 offices, each @ 225 RSF totaling 1,350 RSF of office space. Space used to store and access office supplies such as printer paper, copy machine, shredder, pens, paper, etc. ■ Identified in A-101 as COPY o 1 reception area @ 269 RSF.
