'Note, Zoning will determine if SP is required for these uses in G1 zoning
district. If no SP is needed, applicant may proceed directly to site plan
amendment. If SP is needed, applicant may be able to hold CAC meeting to
replace public hearings, given the scale of the proposal and the similarity to
surrounding and existing uses.
