The permitted uses of the Property are provided in Section 25 of Chapter 18 of the Albemarle County Code ("Zoning Ordinance"). The Property is subject to the Airport Impact Area and Entrance Corridor Overlay Districts as described in Section 30 of the Zoning Ordinance. • There are two approved special use permits associated with the Property. SP2001-26, approved November 14, 2001 permits seasonal outdoor display at the Food Lion store and SP2017-30, approved April 11, 2018 permits a full -service companion animal hospital. Special use permits allow the approved uses to run with the land. • The Property is subject to site plan SDP1998-53, approved April 23, 1998, as well as minor amendment SDP2008-24, approved March 14, 2008. The Property appears to be developed in accord with these approved site plans. • The site was inspected for zoning compliance on April 10, 2019 and staff recorded eee one possible deficiency or deviation from the approved site plan. There were three storage containers located in the northeastern most portion of the Property. If left as permanent, these storage containers would require a Letter of Revision to the site plan as well as approval from the appropriate officials regarding building and fire lane safety. However, the site as it exists today, is in full April 11, 2019 Amended 4/17/2019 LZC2019-00007 Page 2 compliance as temporary storage containers are not a violation. Attached are images of the elatiOn and the possible site plan deviatiOR these storage containers. o The Violation that has been redacted from this letter was abated by photo evidence submitted by David Granville on 4/16/2019. • Copies of any applicable records may be obtained via the noted links or from this office with a request through the department's Records Manager, Paul Bjornsen, at pbiornsen(aalbemarle.org once they have been approved or issued.
