Dear Mr. Havenner,
At the Architectural Review Board meeting held on April 15,2019, we received direction from the
ARB on the above -noted application as follows:
Following discussion of the updated proposal to revise the approved townhouse design, it
was the consensus of the ARB that the changes were acceptable with the condition that the
same color would not be used for adjacent units.
Please provide:
1, One set of revised drawings addressing this condition.
2. A memo including detailed responses indicating how each condition has been satisfied. If changes
other than those requested have been made, identify those changes in the memo also.
3. The attached "Revised Application Submittal" form. This form must be returned with your revisions to
ensure proper tracking and distribution.
