As per our telephone conversation a moment ago, to discuss the Major Amendment to a Site Plan/SRC review process and applying for a Special Exception to the Albemarle Place Code of Development, which only allows drive-thru windows on by -right uses in Block G via Special Use Permits at the moment, please contact David Benish or Tori Kanellopoulos (who are CC'ed to this email as well): dbenish@albemarle.org 434-296-5832 x3251 vkanellopoulos@albemarle.org 434-296-5832 x3270 If the engineering firm which is taking the lead on the SRC review process has decided to apply for a Major Amendment to the Site Plan rather than go through an Initial Site Plan/Final Site Plan review process, then you should apply to the ARB for a Final Review of a Site Development Plan (with associated fee of $1075.00). The ARB application can be found here and the checklist for a Final, which outlines all submittal requirements, can be found here. The next ARB filing deadline is April 22 for a June 3rd ARB meeting date. Let me know if you have other questions; I will likely be the lead ARB reviewer for your project since I have just finished the Concept Plan review.
