Sprouse will be the new occupant of Parcel 02-C-4 , Tax Map 61W and building thereon (Route 250 West ) . The previous owner had a variance that ran with the applicant and not the land . Mr. Sprouse was denied (administratively) a 15 ft. variance to erect a free- standing sign for himself , the 30 ft . setback being the requirement per Albemarle Sign Ordinance .
