to request the Board grant a variance of 105 ft. from Section 18-3-1 and Section
7-3 of the Zoning Ordinance to allow the building to be only 45 ft. from right-of-way
of Rt. 20 & a variance of 46 ft. from Section 7-3 to allow addition to the building
to be only 4 ft. from the right-of-way of Baldwin Avenue
located on Tax Map 130A(1) , Parcel 27, southeast side of Route 20 at its inter-
section with Route 6.
Public hearings will be held on this application by the Board
