Proposed Variance A variance of 10 feet from the 25 ft. sideyard setback as required by Section 2-5-1 of the Zoning Ordinance to allow an addition to the ex- isting house. Zoning Ordinance Requirements The Zoning Ordinance requires that "the minimum side yard for each main structure shall be twenty-five (25) feet or more" as per Section 2-5-1. Staff Recommendation There is a possibility that the addition could be made to the rear of the property.
