Ladies and Gentlemen:
This letter is to notify you, as an adjoining property owner,
of Wallace Chapman application for VA-76-34
to request the Board grant a variance of 10 ft. from the 25 ft. setback (sideyard)
as required by Section 2-5-1 of the Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance to allow
an addition to the existing house,
located on the northeast side of Route 640 approx. 1 mile north of Route 22
further described as Tax Map 66, Parcel 64A.
Public hearings will be held on this application by the Board
of Zoning Appeals on November 9, 1976 at 3: 00 p .m. , in the
Board of Supervisors Meeting Room, County Office Buildinf, Charlottes-
ville, Virginia.
