The Board of Zoning Appeals granted you a variance to locate yourLL`, `
home within the scenic highway setback requirement on January 11,1977. ,i:a'j t
The Board approved the request with the condition that trees be planted/t_l/
to screen the house and thus promote the scenic highway. !.
Your propose plan to plant seventeen four or five foot white
pines along the existing tree line was approved by the Zoning d 1. 7
Administrator May 11, 1977. To date, smaller white pines have been
planted than proposed and some appear to be dying for whatever the
reasons.
The approval of the plan (copy attached) was subject to proper
maintenance and compliance with the intent of the Board's approval.
Screening can be required by the Board granting a variance on the -
scenic highway and this was required of you.
The Zoning Administrator requests your attention to this matter and
sincerely hopes you will follow your planting and screening plan as
approved. .
If you have any questions, please feel free to contact the
Zoning Administrator.
Respectfully,
