This letter is to notify you, as an adjoining property owner ,
of Gola Corporation application for VA-77-04
to request Board of Zoning Appeals grant a variance of 115 feet from the re-
quired 150 foot setback under Article 18-3-1 of the Albemarle County Zoning
Ordinance, Scenic Highway Designation, to allow for an addition to existing building
located on the south side of Rt. 250 West; tax map 56-110A and 110B.
